Project Showcase-Three-Electric System
THREE-POWER SYSTEM
A film capacitor assembly line starts with precise assembly, marking, and bending to shape and identify each component. This is followed by tightening and potting processes that secure and protect the internal structure. To ensure reliability, the capacitors undergo an aging test and a withstand voltage test, verifying their stability under electrical stress. The workflow concludes with a final EOL check to confirm product performance and quality.
- Assembly, marking, bending

Motor Controllers
Motor controllers regulate the performance of electric motors by managing speed, torque, and power delivery. They ensure smooth acceleration, efficient energy use, and reliable operation in electric and hybrid vehicles.
High Voltage Control Box
The high voltage control box protects and manages the vehicle’s high-voltage power distribution system. It houses key components that monitor, control, and safeguard the electrical flow, ensuring stable and safe system operation.
Film Capacitors
Film capacitors store and release electrical energy quickly, making them essential for stabilizing voltage and filtering noise in power systems. Their high reliability and heat resistance make them ideal for automotive power electronics.
48V BSG (Belt Starter Generator)
The 48V BSG combines a starter motor and generator to improve fuel efficiency and provide smooth engine start-stop functionality. It assists the engine during acceleration and recovers energy during braking, enhancing overall vehicle performance.
