The first triennium

Through years of experience in digital project development and advanced equipment engineering, the company has accumulated strong technical capabilities. A specialized automation and information team has been formed to support deeper innovation and system integration. With this foundation, we are gradually accelerating our deployment and growth in international markets.

The second triennium

During the second triennium, automotive automation continued to serve as our cornerstone, providing a strong base for technological advancement. We expanded our industry-university-research collaboration in semiconductor display optical inspection and shifted our focus toward standardized product R&D and localized replacement. These efforts contribute to building a more independent, secure, and controllable industrial chain ecosystem.

The third triennium

During the third triennium, the company positioned Leadermade Optoelectronics Technology as the primary focus of strategic growth. By intensifying R&D investment, expanding market influence, and utilizing capital resources to reinforce operational foundations, the company achieved a notable improvement in technological strength and market competitiveness.

Our Services from 2017 to 2026

2017

NewTop Automatic System proudly delivers one of the industry’s first 10-million-level automatic flexible assembly and testing production lines, engineered for high-speed, high-precision, and large-scale manufacturing. This advanced system combines intelligent robotics, real-time monitoring, optical inspection, and adaptive process control.

2018

Our pioneering whole-plant automation initiative marked a major milestone in transforming traditional manufacturing into a smart, interconnected production ecosystem. By integrating advanced robotics, intelligent control systems, and real-time data analytics, the project optimized efficiency, reduced manual intervention, and improved overall product quality.

2019

The second business department was formed to focus exclusively on providing cutting-edge automation solutions for the life sciences industry. By integrating robotics, intelligent inspection, and data-driven control systems, this division supports laboratories and manufacturers in achieving higher accuracy, faster throughput, and reliable automated workflows.

2020

By signing school-enterprise cooperation agreements with Soochow University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, we are establishing a comprehensive industry-university-research integration system that strengthens innovation, accelerates talent development, and supports the advancement of intelligent manufacturing.

2021

We established a specialized software algorithm R&D team to strengthen our core technological foundation. At the same time, the Optical Technology Business Group was formed to focus on advanced optical solutions. Our independently developed imaging optical measuring instruments achieved significant industry recognition and were honored with the prestigious “Gazelle Enterprise” award.

2022

Our business scale continued to grow, achieving a turnover of over 200 million. Export projects expanded steadily, reaching 10% of total output. We were honored with the “Provincial Engineering Technology R&D Center” designation, affirming our leadership in technological research and engineering development.

2023

We expanded our international presence by setting up an overseas branch in Mexico to better serve global customers. The company was honored with the prestigious “Provincial Specialized, Special and New” designation, acknowledging our continuous innovation. In the same year, Leadermade Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established to deepen our development in optoelectronic technologies.

2024

We deepened our innovation capabilities by jointly establishing a dedicated joint laboratory with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, creating a strong foundation for collaborative research and technological breakthroughs. During this period, Lidemai adopted Fudan University’s “Qianzhanli” (Forward-Looking) Management System, further enhancing our strategic planning, operational efficiency, and long-term development framework.

2025

Our optoelectronic research achieved a major milestone, exceeding the 5kW threshold and demonstrating substantial improvements in high-power optical capabilities. Supported by capital market resources, the company further advanced its strategic layout, innovation capacity, and long-term development goals.

2026

With continuous innovation and strengthened global competitiveness, the company has outlined a strategic plan to exceed the 300 million revenue milestone. This target represents our confidence in future expansion and our commitment to sustained, high-quality development.
