From 2021 to 2024, NewTop Automatic System achieved steady and continuous sales growth, reflecting the company’s expanding market presence and strengthening technological capabilities. Sales increased from 13,000 (10,000 yuan) in 2021 to 20,000 in 2022, driven by improvements in automation solutions and product upgrades. This upward momentum continued in 2023, reaching 23,000, supported by advancements in optical testing technology and increased customer adoption. By 2024, sales further rose to 26,000, demonstrating strong market demand, enhanced production capacity, and the company’s successful progress in intelligent manufacturing and automation development.

NewTop Automatic System has a strong talent foundation, with about 200 employees, including more than 120 with bachelor’s degrees or above. The R&D team consists of over 100 specialists—65% of the total workforce—driving continuous innovation. Core team members come from leading ATS, BBS, and major foreign-funded automation enterprises, bringing deep industry experience. The company is led by founder Shen Kan, a Mechanical Engineering and Automation graduate from Soochow University and current EMBA student at Fudan University. NewTop’s optical R&D team includes top talent from renowned universities and enterprises, guided by Dr. LXY of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and supported by PRUI from Peking University, enabling strong breakthroughs in optical and automation technologies.
